Link Brooks limits his practice to matters related to business restructuring and reorganizations. Brooks is a recognized leader in out-of-court business restructurings for enterprises of all sizes and one of the earliest proponents of expedited ("pre packaged" or "fast track") Chapter 11 cases which reduce the cost, delay, and frictional losses that can accompany the bankruptcy reorganization process.
